Project overview

The funding will be used to deliver healthcare to homeless individuals and those living in unsupported accommodation by means of a mobile consulting room. The project aims to improve the health and wellbeing of beneficiaries by ensuring they receive appropriate mental health support dressings for minor injuries and signposting to other agencies if required.
