Recovery from the consequences of the pandemic - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to host a large workshop activity aimed at re-establishing relationships and bringing people together in order to tackle mental health issues. There will be two comedians who will deliver fun activities and encourage people to share their stories concerning the impact of the pandemic. Mental health practitioners will be present to assist participants with signposting or to schedule individual appointments for mental health counselling. The project aims to reduce isolation and relieve loneliness as well as improving the mental wellbeing of those that attend.
