Project overview

The funding will support people with a diagnosis of early onset Dementia. It will support with independence by providing a transport service for those that have been deemed unable to hold a driving license. It will expand this to take people to external facilities such as leisure centres and adult education. It will also support with adult education classes to delay the onset of dementia and will support carers through peer support groups.
