Project overview

The funding is being used to provide holistic support to include befriending mentoring counselling therapy and group work. It will support with mental health and wellbeing using a person-centred approach for people over the age of 16 in the community who are anxious stressed or depressed due to both the COVID-19 crisis and other issues.
