Project overview

The project will use the funding will be used to deliver regular community led and co-produced mental-wellbeing sessions in South Tyneside. This will engage a working group of community members and people with lived experience of mental health issues working with a Clinical Psychologist and Peer Support Worker to create and deliver workshops aimed at improving mental wellbeing.
