Project overview

The funding will be used to deliver a community gardening programme. This programme will include community garden growing and community based health and wellbeing horticultural workshops. The group will also be nurturing seedlings and providing houseplants to socially isolated residences. This aims to reduce isolation and improve mental and physical heath.
