Project overview

The project will allow the centre to deliver a variety of physical activities such as karate circuit training and yoga. This will support the community to tackle the impact of Covid-19 and lockdown by helping them to reduce isolation anxiety and depression. Allowing them to take control and care of their health and wellbeing. Activities will be open to all in the community.
