Project overview

The funding will be used to increase the number of face-to-face and online counselling sessions and therapeutic activities delivered for adults young people and children who are experiencing mental health issues or psychological distress. The project aims to improve the mental wellbeing of participants reduce their isolation and help them to begin rebuilding their lives as Covid-19 restrictions are eased.
