Project overview

This funding will be used to deliver a year long nature and heritage activity programme for residents across Hertsmere and Watford. It will be led by an HCPC registered occupational therapist that will include an assessment and what they would like to achieve. It aims to facilitate stronger supportive social connections and reduce loneliness.
