The Spirit of Normality - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to provide a range of social activities including Luncheon Clubs line dancing ballroom dancing afternoon tea groups sewing classes dancercise sessions and a range of gentle exercise and meditation sessions. The project aims to help the community reconnect after the pandemic which will help to improve mental and physical health and wellbeing whilst also reducing social isolation.
