Aphasia Support - Transitioning back - Project

Project overview

This project will support a return to face-to-face services with some online support services for people with Aphasia. Aphasia is a severe and complex language disorder acquired often after a Stroke. It will pilot mixing face-to-face delivery and online with services led by speech and language therapists and assistants. It currently supports 80 people per week with a waiting list for support.
