Project overview

The project will use the funding to employ a Community Support working to oversee its volunteers and help them to continue to delivering outreach programmes for vulnerable local families based in Thornaby in Teesside linking them with statutory and support services for housing benefits and health care. This aims to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
