The HEart Matters - Project

Project overview

This project aims to support older people aged 65 plus living with mental health challenges from the most deprived areas of Hastings and Eastbourne by offering online peer-supported creative arts groups. Young volunteers (aged 18-25) will participate and support older people to use the technology. The project will be promoted through networks of voluntary and statutory partners including Age UK Mind East Sussex Adult Social Care and Health GP Surgeries libraries community centres day centres and faith and cultural groups.
