Project overview

This project will provide opportunities for people of all ages with Down�s Syndrome and their families in Cheshire to take part in regular safe activities to get moving communicate with others re-connect and transition back into their local community. It will provide activities such as falconry bush craft and climbing (in line with Covid guidelines).
