PWA Social Club - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to provide advice holistic support ad activities for vulnerable older members of the community in Chalvey Slough. The project aims to reduce isolation and increase skills as well as address the needs of the older BAME members of the community who have been socially isolated due to the pandemic. A Social Club co-ordinator will also be hired to provide advice and support to those older people with multiple health problems.
