Project overview

The funding will be used to provide a residential course and experiential learning for ex-servicemen and women to help them adjust to civilian life. This will include a personal development plan mentoring support and coping mechanisms to help them make positive and healthy lifestyle choices. This aims to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
