Hitchin to get the Community Back Together - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to deliver an outdoor community event. The project aims to strengthen relationships and reduce isolation in the wake of the pandemic. The event will act as a catalyst for increased involvement integration and ultimately to help build and strengthen community spirit once again especially those from our large South African Community who have been disproportionately affected by COVID-19. Activities will include: a big screen for local organisations to provide images/short videos to promote themselves face painting sports activities inflatables stalls a number of demonstration events and free live music performances.
