Project overview

The funding will be used to deliver recreational activities and one to one home visits that will support people who are experiencing the effects of social isolation. The project aims to deliver activities to improve physical & mental well-being of vulnerable individuals by providing 1:1 physical and psychological support sessions for those who have been disproportionately affected or at higher risk of the COVID-19 virus.
