Project overview

The funding will be used to support individuals families and small businesses who are struggling with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The project will include face to face and online support through qualified therapists support workers and peer support groups. Participants will learn coping strategies cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to improve mental wellbeing confidence and self-esteem.
