The group will use the funding to develop and grow their pilot SOL Connect Plus project which is a remote solution aimed at isolated adults in North Lanarkshire who have learning/intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Through this project they will be encouraged to socialise digitally and share leisure interests. The tailored project is person-centred and has been shaped by the people that it will support most notably by the projects steering group the Quality Checkers.
