The funding will be used to support Covid-19 affected Black Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) communities. Support will be for unemployed BAME individuals assessing barriers to employment such as debt and homelessness and a complete action plan and support programme including CV writing job hunting applications and interview techniques. There will also be one to one support and coaching to improve skills and well-being.
