Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan aim to meet the growing demand from within the community to access the support services on offer which in turn enable individuals to maintain independence control and choice in their lives developing sustainable solutions to address their needs and aspirations. �45659 over one year will fund staff recruitment staff and volunteer training translation DBS checks IT equipment and overheads.
