Project overview

This group will deliver farm based activities for people experiencing dementia Parkinson�s Disease and other cognitive issues. The activities will promote improvements in mobility coordination and communication whilst also helping to address the anxiety and social isolation experienced by people with these illnesses. Activities will initially be delivered online.
