Project overview

Burry Port Plant Dewi will deliver a programme of activities and services for families with children aged up to 11 in Burry Port Pembrey Kidwelly and surrounding areas. They will deliver outreach sessions and remote support to improve families� physical and emotional wellbeing and parenting skills. They will encourage strong attachment between parents and children with baby groups parent and toddler play sessions and parenting courses and help children to make the transition to school with language sessions homework club and life skills sessions for Year 6 pupils. The project has been awarded �299162 over three years. Bydd Burry Port Plant Dewi yn darparu rhaglen o weithgareddau a gwasanaethau i deuluoedd � phlant hyd at 11 oed ym Mhorth Tywyn Pen-bre Cydweli a'r ardaloedd cyfagos. Byddant yn cyflwyno sesiynau allgymorth a chymorth o bell i wella lles corfforol ac emosiynol a sgiliau rhianta teuluoedd. Byddant yn annog ymlyniad cryf rhwng rhieni a phlant gyda grwpiau babanod sesiynau chwarae rhieni a phlant bach a chyrsiau rhianta ac yn helpu plant i bontio i'r ysgol gyda sesiynau iaith clwb gwaith cartref a sesiynau sgiliau bywyd ar gyfer disgyblion Blwyddyn 6.
