The Ready Healthy Eat project is coordinated by Real Farming Trust and delivered by four community food partners in England Northern Ireland and Scotland. The funding will be used to increase the project partners� capacities to cook and deliver healthy ready meals to vulnerable groups impacted by COVID-19 in Brighton and Hove and Waltham Forest areas
