The funding will be used to provide telephone support and to deliver a programme of online activities with related resource packs - to include cooking and sensory sessions - for children with disabilities and life limiting illnesses. The aim is to support people during the current COVID-19 pandemic to help reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
