The funding will be used to provide access to basic food and household supplies for people who are self-isolating because they are at high risk of COVID-19 including older people and people with disabilities or long-term health conditions.. The aim is to support people during the current COVID-19 pandemic to help keep them safe reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
