Project overview

The funding will be used to extend the support they can offer those who have experienced the loss of a loved one during the COVID-19 pandemic. The project aims to offer opportunities for peer support to help reduce isolation by a virtual coffee and chat setting and maximise bereavement support and referral pathways by linking with other services.
