�Mind body and Soul� - Project

Project overview

This organisation will work and co-design weekly activities with young people to continue to deliver a range of opportunities that increase well-being and improve physical health giving young people the chance to access information advice and guidance on the challenges they are facing. The project will aim to improve mental health by increasing resilience and reducing isolation. In addition it will help improve physical health and increase awareness of healthy lifestyles to develop meaningful relationships.
