Project overview

Life Trust Cardiff will use the grant to help young people with additional needs (and their parents/carers) acquire the skills and confidence to help them transition into adulthood. �10000 will fund project leader training and development refreshments and expenses resources including equipment and publicity. Bydd Life Trust Caerdydd yn defnyddio'r grant i helpu pobl ifanc ag anghenion ychwanegol (a'u rhieni / gofalwyr) i gaffael y sgiliau a'r hyder i'w helpu i drosglwyddo i fod yn oedolion.
