Project overview

Single Parents Wellbeing CIC will build on its previous project to provide opportunities for single parents to improve their mental health and wellbeing. They will provide wellbeing workshops and training create a handbook and provide peer support. The project will be delivered in Cardiff Vale of Glamorgan and Monmouthshire. �271237 over three years will fund salaries and project running costs. Bydd Single Parents Wellbeing CIC yn adeiladu ar ei brosiect blaenorol i roi cyfleoedd i rieni sengl wella eu hiechyd meddwl a'u lles. Byddant yn darparu gweithdai lles a hyfforddiant yn creu llawlyfr ac yn darparu cymorth gan gymheiriaid. Bydd y prosiect yn cael ei gyflawni yng Nghaerdydd Bro Morgannwg a Sir Fynwy. Bydd �271237 dros dair blynedd yn ariannu cyflogau a chostau rhedeg y prosiect.
