ENGAge pastoral/befriending outreach service - Project

Project overview

The project will provide an outreach befriending and rural support service to isolated older people and their carers so they can stay in their own homes within their communities. Coffee mornings and tea afternoons will be arranged at participant’s houses for others to attend. This will reduce feelings of isolation, increase networking and signposting for carers.
