The Agency supports young people, aged 15-25, through a 28-week creative training programme to develop their own social change projects with and for the community in which they live. Their creativity and ideas drive the project, as they acquire project management and business skills, build networks and develop creative problem solving techniques to turn their entrepreneurial ambitious into a reality.
