Project overview

The project will create a new facility in Rhondda Fawr which will engage the community in training, life-long learning and volunteering to deliver anti-poverty, reuse and recycling services. The building will house a showroom displaying safe, clean and affordable pre-owned items of furniture, electrical, clothing and household items at affordable prices, a workshop and community spaces. The two year grant will pay towards building costs, fees, salaries, project running costs and van lease.
