Reach Connect and Support Carers in the Community - Project

Project overview

The project will recruit and train 150 volunteers to bring people, communities and professionals together to better support carers across Wales using wider engagement within communities to utilise skills, knowledge and networks to address caring. This will build increased resilience in order to prevent carer breakdown and isolation. The three year grant will fund salaries, management and HR costs, project running costs and marketing costs.
