The funding will be used to run outdoor activity sessions and creative workshops for isolated older people who experience physical or mental health problems and lack the confidence to engage in unsupervised physical activities. The project aims to improve people’s health and wellbeing by re-engaging them in the community and increasing their physical activity levels.
