Feel Good for Life - pilot relaxation & empowerment project - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to run a pilot and deliver focus groups with people who have reduced quality of life due to poor emotional health, including adults with additional support needs, long term unemployed, carers and recovering addicts. From this the organisation will create a four week relaxation/mindfulness and personal wellbeing programme to improve beneficiaries' emotional and physical wellbeing.
