Project overview

The organisation will use the funding to provide a fitness, nutrition and wellbeing programme for vulnerable young people and adults. The programmes will be tailored to their ability and specific health needs. They will include help to stop smoking, drinking and anti-social behaviour. Those who attend the workshops will learn new skills in a safe, structured environment whilst improving their health, wellbeing and confidence and broadening their social networks.
