Project overview

This charity will use the funding to create partnership groups which will be targeted at addressing issues within six local priority areas - older people, child mental health, adult mental health, physical disability, the environment and social enterprises. This will provide support for vulnerable groups of people with issues that are currently unmet by statutory services and enable small community groups to address local issues.
