TPP1 - The Power of Stories – tales for telling and sharing - Project
Project overview
They will extend their creative storytelling with older people living in care to incorporate 10 new care homes where staff will be trained in techniques of storytelling. This will help to further improve wellbeing of an increased number of beneficiaries, and will increase the sustainability of the project. Sessions include stimulating sense memories by having props to see and touch and foods to smell and eat and they incorporate songs and poems, all of which encourage interaction and participation.
