Project overview
This is a project which aims to target 18-25 year olds who are in crisis due to a lack of food, housing, clothing, money or healthcare and will have underlying issues such as learning difficulties, emotional/mental health issues, misuse drugs/alcohol, self harm, low aspirations, NEET or engage in risky sexual activity.
