The project will support those in hardship with complex needs such as unemployment, debt, mental health issues, learning disabilities, alcohol and drug misuse, homeless and threat of homelessness. It will provide advice and sessions around living skills, confidence building and social inclusion, basic cooking skills, cooking on a budget, and managing money, and provide peer befrienders to act as mentors and advocates. The scheme will also provide support for immediate needs such as food warmth and shelter.
