Project overview

This organisation will use the funding to establish and deliver an arts psychotherapy programme for people living in isolated or disadvantaged communities. The group will use lessons learned from a recent arts festival to deliver therapeutic artistic and creative activities to provide a means of self-expression and confidence-building, as well as provide stress relief to people who are vulnerable, experiencing physical or mental illnesses, or are isolated to improve health and mental wellbeing.
