Who Cares? Scotland will lead a partnership bringing together leading advocacy groups for young people with experiences of being in care in the UK and Ireland. They will develop joint strategy and advocate for greater legal protection and recognition of the rights of young people, who will be the agents for change through sharing their stories and views on what works. The other partners are Voices for Young People in Care, the Who Cares? Trust, Voices from Care and Empowering People in Care.
