Project overview

The organisation will use the funding to develop and deliver a weekly drop-in session providing people with a range of mental and social care needs with health and wellbeing activities, exercise and access to support sessions delivered by partner organisations. This will ensure that people with complex needs can access advice and support and improve confidence and engagement with the wider community.
