Llangattock Community Woodlands Ltd in Crickhowell will use the grant to purchase the equipment required to convert poor quality windblown trees into firewood for the local community. The project meets the Awards for All aim of Â‘supporting community activityÂ’. The grant for £4,810 will be used to fund a hydraulically driven log splitter, socket set and tools, chain saw trousers, boots, helmet and gloves.
