SHAMAS (Shettleson Housing Association Money Advice Service)
SHAMAS (Shettleson Housing Association Money Advice Service) - Project
Project overview
This project will benefit tenants, factored owners and residents of Shettleston who are experiencing financial difficulty and exclusion. Over five years it will work with 1,500 people on a one to one basis (via drop-in sessions and pre-arranged consultations) and in group sessions. Individuals will be supported to build financial skills, understand financial products and access key financial products such as bank accounts and saving schemes. It will also provide budgeting and debt advice.
