Project overview

Two Development Workers will work with 60 organisations to provide support, conduct health checks and identify needs and potential failings. This will include drawing up action plans and increasing the committee skills of 600 individuals. 10 network events will be held to expand committee membersÂ’ knowledge and provide an opportunity to network. 11 sustainability champions will be identified and trained to mentor groups.
