Transitions Cymru - Project

Project overview

The two year project will work with ex-service personnel to improve their skills which will in turn benefit their families and communities. This will involve a wrap around service based on individual beneficiary needs. The project will be based at the group's Cardiff office with workshops/surgeries across Wales. The grant will be used to fund two new full time posts, volunteer and staff expenses, evaluation, marketing and outreach, management costs, training, mentoring, counselling and personal development.
