Social Firms Scotland Employee Support Programme - Project
Project overview
This project will introduce a methodology for supporting disabled people into employment, with a focus on those with mental health problems. The project will establish systems of support, including a helpline, to provide 30 disabled people and 15 employers in tackling the barriers to sustained employment such as stress, stigma and stamina.
